Title: PeopleSoft HCM Consultant (Payroll / T&L / Absence) – Remote
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultants for two high-priority projects:
- FICA Redesign Roadmap Project (9 months)
- Predictable Absence Management (PAM) Project (9 months)
📅 Start Date: July 2026
📅 End Date: March 31, 2027
🕒 Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM PST
📍 Location: 100% Remote
⚠️ Immediate submissions required – Deadline: July 1 (morning)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM ERP systems
- Work on Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and Absence Management
- Design, build, test, and deploy complex enhancements
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Perform data analysis, debugging, and system improvements
- Collaborate with business teams, SMEs, and technical stakeholders
- Document technical designs, specifications, and test plans
Required Skills:
- ✅ 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience
- ✅ Strong expertise in:
- Payroll for North America
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- ✅ Strong hands-on experience with:
- Application Engine
- SQL / PL-SQL
- BI Publisher
- Oracle Database
- ✅ Experience with:
- Fluid UI, Tiles, Event Mapping, Page Configurator
- Data integration & services
- STAT / PHIRE migrations
- ✅ Experience in large-scale implementations (multiple locations/users)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in configuration strategy and system implementation planning
- Strong documentation and collaboration skills
