Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the evolution of our trading platforms. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical execution. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, and ensure the stability and performance of our trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of deep technical "hands-on" ability and the strategic mindset required to navigate a fast-paced trading environment.

Technical Qualifications

Backend Mastery: 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#), building high-throughput microservices and APIs. Experience in Kafka and RDBMS (SQL Server) is expected.
AWS Expertise: Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, Postgres, and API Gateway.
Database Proficiency: Strong experience with both Relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora) databases, including advanced performance tuning and query optimization.
Modern DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
