Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Field Engineer with 10+ years of experience in system infrastructure, hardware engineering, and infrastructure integration. The candidate will lead field engineering activities for HPE-designated systems, including system qualification, defect reproduction, infrastructure integration, technical troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
· 10+ years of relevant technical engineering experience.
· Strong knowledge of system and hardware infrastructure.
· Experience in solution engineering and infrastructure integration.
· Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, and storage technologies.
· Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and technical troubleshooting.
· Experience with escalation management and root-cause analysis.
· Ability to produce technical investigation reports, corrective-action packages, and system readiness documentation.
· Experience improving diagnostic and remediation processes.
· Strong technical documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
