Senior Informatica MDM Developer / Architect (Healthcare/HHS) Austin, TX (Onsite)

Onsite role in Austin, Texas, USA.

Rate: $55/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica IDMC/PowerCenter.
• Build and manage ETL processes that integrate data from systems such as Oracle and Snowflake.
• Support healthcare-related master data domains (providers, members, reference data).
• Ensure data quality, identity resolution, metadata management, and cross-system data integration.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to implement data solutions.
• Manage MDM projects using Agile methodologies and ensure compliance with coding and security standards.
• Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical insights for leadership.
• Leverage and govern AI tools for data retrieval, synthesis, prompt engineering, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide expert guidance on data analysis and governance.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in:
• Informatica development and ETL
• Enterprise Information Management (EIM)
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Informatica PowerCenter
• Enterprise data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio, etc.)
• Technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle DBA
• 5+ years with Informatica Metadata Manager
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale MDM solutions
• Bachelor''s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
