Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development and architecture.
Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience (Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, Lending, Treasury, Wealth Management, etc.).
Expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
Experience designing and developing high-volume, mission-critical banking applications.
Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and system integrations.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
Strong understanding of banking security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and architecture governance experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and design for enterprise banking applications.
Define technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
Review application design, code quality, and performance optimization.
Drive modernization initiatives and cloud adoption strategies.
Ensure compliance with banking and security standards.
