Core Responsibilities

Requirements Management: Elicit, define, and document concise business requirements that are clearly stated and specifically testable.
Stakeholder Representation: Act as a representative for clients to ensure their priorities are reflected in release slotting and program procedures.
System Support: Troubleshooting and incident resolution support for clients in a timely, professional manner.
Technical Translation: Interpret functional and technical design documents to verify that proposed solutions align with original client needs.
Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing and executing comprehensive user test cases.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to balance work efforts and maintain professional relationships with all project sponsors.

Required Experience & Skills

Professional Tenure: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst developing functional requirements and supporting business users.
Educational Foundation: 4+ years with a College Degree or equivalent IIBA-certified Business Analyst experience.
Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for documentation and professional presentations.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP software.
Technical Tools: Experience with SQL, Data Loader, and advanced MS Excel.
Testing & Quality: Background in Quality Analysis and structured testing methodologies.
Certification: IIBA Certification (CBAP or similar) is highly preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with professional licensure workflows.
