Location: Remote (Eastern & Central Time Zones)
Pay rate: $62-$65
Contract length: 7 months
Job Summary
Support the intake, planning, and delivery of design-related work across the Customer Experience Strategy & Design (CXSD) organization. This role partners with stakeholders, Product Owners, Design Leads, and delivery teams to gather requirements, manage workflows, and ensure successful execution. The Analyst ensures work is clearly defined, tracked, and delivered in alignment with requirements, timelines, and governance standards, including Agile and SAFe methodologies.
 
Key Responsibilities
Work Intake & Requirements Management

• Manage intake of design requests and ensure clear scope, requirements, and success criteria
• Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Design Leads to refine and document requirements
• Break down work into actionable tasks and support planning efforts

• Track workstreams, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Identify risks, blockers, and escalations; coordinate resolution to maintain delivery progress
• Ensure proper stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution readiness

• Document and manage work items using Azure DevOps
• Maintain accurate tracking of progress, timelines, and resource allocations
• Organize documentation and supporting materials across tools such as Figma, SharePoint, or similar

• Ensure completed work aligns with original requirements and expected outcomes
• Support governance processes, milestone checkpoints, and delivery validation
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Act as a cross-functional liaison between design, product, and development teams
• Promote best practices and improve workflows, tools, and team operations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, design operations, product delivery, or similar
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workstreams
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (required)
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting design, digital product, or customer experience teams
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks and delivery processes
• Experience working across design, product, and development teams
• Experience in enterprise environments with shared services and internal platforms
