Oracle ERP Business and Product Analyst
Role Overview
This position serves as a key connector between business teams and technical delivery teams, ensuring that enhancements within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Supply Chain modules are well-defined, accurately documented, and successfully delivered. The Analyst will coordinate ongoing Agile activities, manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, and support continuous improvement using Azure DevOps.
This will be a full-time direct hire W2 position based in the St. Paul, MN area. Target salary range is $110,000-140,000, depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Requirements & Documentation
- Partner with business users to gather and clarify complex functional and technical needs for ERP and Supply Chain improvements, integrations, and reporting.
- Develop clear user stories and business requirements from system capabilities and technical details.
- Organize and secure approval of requirements from designated stakeholders and leaders.
Agile Delivery & Azure DevOps
- Lead day to day Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily team check ins, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support prioritization and refinement of the backlog to ensure development items are organized and actionable.
- Guide discussions that refine requirements between business groups and technical teams.
- Facilitate working sessions and provide regular internal updates.
- Identify risks or blockers early and escalate them promptly to leadership for resolution.
- Contribute documentation and insights that assist with long term planning and strategic roadmap decisions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain strong professional relationships with cross functional partners, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, commitments, and delivery status.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years working hands on with Oracle Fusion Cloud or a comparable enterprise level ERP platform, especially within Financials, Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong proficiency using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, gather requirements, and manage processes without direct ownership of final decisions.
Communication
- Skilled in presenting to leadership and participating in executive level discussions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business applications such as SharePoint and cloud based systems.
- Experience working within modern cloud environments.
