Implementation & Health Check Engineering
Primary Role Focus
We are seeking specialists in the Email Gateway and MFA space to perform high-volume migrations and conduct tenant health checks. This is NOT a SIEM, SOC, or generic Azure administration role.
Required Technical Expertise
• Mimecast/Proofpoint/Barracuda: Hands-on experience with MX record migrations, SPF/DKIM/DMARC troubleshooting, and Email Fraud Defense (EFD).
• Brand Exploit Protect (BEP): Specific experience setting up Mimecast BEP or Barracuda Impersonation Protection to stop domain-spoofing.
• Yubico: Experience implementing YubiKey hardware-backed authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn) within enterprise IDPs like Okta or Entra ID.
• Phishing Defense: Ability to perform Health Checks that audit legacy bypass rules and optimize Targeted Threat Protection (TTP).
Strict Qualifications
• Certifications: You must hold an active Professional/Implementation certification from Mimecast, Proofpoint, or Barracuda. Generic Security+ or Azure certs are not a substitute.
• Experience: 3+ years specifically in Email Gateway security.
