Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and managing contract lifecycle solutions using DocuSign CLM. Lead workflow automation, template configuration, and integrations (especially with Salesforce) to streamline contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement automated contract workflows and approval processes
Create and manage contract templates, merge fields, and document generation
Integrate DocuSign CLM with systems like Salesforce (CRM)
Administer system configurations, user roles, and security
Optimize contract processes and improve efficiency
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Lead and mentor offshore development teams

Key Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in DocuSign CLM / SpringCM
Strong expertise in workflow design, template management, and API integrations
Experience with Salesforce integration
Knowledge of document generation and eSignature processes
Understanding of contract lifecycle, compliance, and legal processes
Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and system customization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
DocuSign Workflow Development Certification (preferred)
