Experience with large-scale M365 implementations and migrations
Working knowledge of PowerShell automation and Zero Trust principles

Experience

12+ years in IT with strong EUC / M365 focus
Proven experience in enterprise-scale deployments and transformations

Nice to Have

Microsoft certifications (M365 / Azure)
Experience with Defender suite, Citrix/VMware VDI
Exposure to ServiceNow or ITSM integrations
