Frontend / Mobile Developer (React Native, iOS & Android)

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
•    Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•    3–8 years of professional software development experience
•    Strong experience with: 
o    React Native (primary requirement)
o    JavaScript / TypeScript
•    Experience with mobile development: 
o    iOS: Swift and/or Objective-C
o    Android: Kotlin
•    Strong backend development experience (preferred focus area)
•    Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks)
•    Experience with API development and application integration
•    Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
•    Experience working with databases: 
o    SQL
o    NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)
    Read and write non trivial SQL queries
    Understand joins, indexing basics, query behavior
    Make basic tuning or performance adjustments
    Advanced DBA level skills not required, but “basic SQL” is not enough
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
•    Backend development experience with: 
o    Golang, Java, or C# (.NET)
•    Experience with Go OR Java frameworks (e.g., Spring / similar backend frameworks)
•    Experience building scalable, high-performance distributed applications
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
•    Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and deployment processes
Disqualifications (Do Not Submit If…)
•    Frontend-heavy profile (no real backend depth)
o    Primarily React/UI/mobile work with minimal backend ownership
o    Backend experience limited to API consumption, not building
•    No strong backend language or framework experience
o    No hands-on experience with Golang, Java (Spring or similar), or C#/.NET
o    Only scripting-level backend (not production systems)
•    Lacks systems design and algorithm fundamentals
o    Cannot explain how systems are designed or scaled
o    Weak understanding of data structures, performance, or tradeoffs
o    Can code but cannot clearly explain their approach
•    No ownership of backend systems in production
o    Has not built or maintained APIs/services end-to-end
o    Experience is limited to support, testing, or minor contributions
o    “Worked around services” vs actually owning them
•    Mobile-only candidates (not full-stack capable)
o    Strong in iOS/Android but no backend integration or system-level thinking
•    Weak database and integration experience
o    Only basic CRUD knowledge, cannot handle complex queries or design
o    No experience integrating multiple systems/services
•    Junior execution without technical maturity
o    Needs heavy guidance, lacks independence
o    Cannot articulate past work clearly or demonstrate ownership
•    Resume shows task execution, not impact or ownership
o    No examples of designing systems, improving performance, or scaling solutions
o    Vague experience descriptions with no depth
