Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate should also have experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI-powered capabilities into backend applications. Strong experience with cloud technologies, distributed systems, API development, and performance optimization is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java 8/11/17+.
• Develop and maintain Spring Boot-based Microservices.
• Design and implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Integrate backend applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Develop high-performance distributed applications.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise Java applications.
• Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini APIs.
• Develop AI-powered features such as:
  • Intelligent assistants
  • Enterprise chatbots
  • Document processing
  • Summarization
  • Question answering
  • Intelligent search
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Use Spring AI, LangChain4j, or similar frameworks for AI integration.
• Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
• Perform application performance tuning and scalability improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and establish coding standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Architects, DevOps, QA, Product, and AI/ML teams.

Java Backend Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience integrating multiple enterprise and third-party APIs.
• SOAP/web services experience is a plus.

AI / GenAI Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs with backend applications.
