Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll lead the development of cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and driving technological advancement.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive delivery of major platform projects, ensuring successful design, deployment, and post-launch performance.
  • Manage and enhance Kubernetes clusters, focusing on networking, operators, and multi-tenant orchestration.
  • Design and develop scalable and reliable distributed services and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Implement engineering excellence through rigorous code quality standards, design reviews, and automation practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives and product goals.
  • Mentor and guide fellow engineers in making informed architectural decisions and adopting best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure engineering strategies align with product objectives and technical roadmaps.
Skills
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on backend and infrastructure.
  • Proficient in programming with Python and/or Go, with a proven track record of delivering production-level code.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including building and operating clusters.
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and managing distributed systems in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and practices, particularly in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure setups.
  • Knowledge of API gateways and policy/authorization frameworks.
  • Background in improving engineering productivity at scale.
