Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations.
- Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization.
- Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
- Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
