Summary

Professional experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Core HR
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Compensation
- Recruiting
- Talent Management
- Time and Labor
- Absence Management
- HCM Security
Ability to understand HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, production support or implementation activities.
Exposure to one or more Oracle technologies such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, REST APIs, SOAP services or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Experience preparing functional or technical documentation.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
