Titlee: BA (OpenText Exstream)

Location: New York Hybrid

Assist in requirement gathering, analysis, and authoring design and form specifications for document/process automation solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, business users, and QA to develop usable forms, branding guidelines, templates, and workflow logic.
Analyze form exceptions, support UX improvements, and contribute reusable requirement and design documentation.
Support Agile Scrum delivery, testing, and postproject reviews while showing initiative in learning Exstream modules and vertical solutions.
Bring 10 years of IT experience with strong communication, analytical/problemsolving skills, XML/XSD schema expertise, and experience in reverse engineering Documerge CSF templates and OpenText Exstream.
