Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for entry level candidates and candidates beginning their careers in Business Analysis.

The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, prepare documentation, support testing, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

• Work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements.

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with data analysis using Microsoft Excel and basic SQL.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and test-case preparation.

• Track requirements, issues, action items, and project deliverables.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic dashboards.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.

• Communicate business requirements and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, internships, academic projects, or related experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI or Tableau.

• Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Jira or Confluence.

• Understanding of SDLC.

• Data visualization and reporting.

• Process mapping and documentation.
