Email Marketing Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about crafting impactful email campaigns. The position requires expertise in email marketing platforms, a strong background in campaign management, and familiarity with industries such as beauty and pet care.

Responsibilities:
Design and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
Utilize Klaviyo to manage email workflows and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Create visually appealing email designs that align with brand guidelines.
Maintain and update mailing lists to ensure accurate targeting.
Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of best practices in email marketing.
Work with platforms such as Shopify to integrate email campaigns seamlessly.
Manage communication schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to email platforms and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify is highly desirable.
Prior experience in the beauty or pet care industries is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of email design principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
