Summary
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Program/Project Manager - Supply Chain Systems in Redmond, WA. Join a highly collaborative supply chain operations team that enables parts readiness for large-scale cloud infrastructure.
Key Tasks:
* Lead and support supply chain system enhancement initiatives across procurement and fulfillment workflows
* Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and project documentation
* Facilitate solution discussions, design reviews, and alignment across business and technical teams
* Create project artifacts including process maps, presentations, project plans, test scripts, and status updates
* Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing): define test approach, execute/track test cycles, document issues, and drive resolution with technical partners
* Maintain strong program hygiene: track milestones, success measures, and a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
How success is measured:
* Successful implementation of supply chain system enhancements
* High-quality, thorough project documentation
* Effective tracking of success measures and RAID management (RAID log)
Tools you may use:
* SharePoint, Excel/Power BI, PowerPoint, MS Project, Loop, Azure DevOps (ADO), and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of relevant experience in program/project management and/or systems delivery
* Proven experience delivering supply chain system implementations or enhancements, such as order management, logistics, distribution, procurement, fulfillment, or related domains
* Demonstrated technical project management capability-comfortable partnering with engineering/IT teams, developers, and system owners through planning, execution, testing, and rollout
* Strong ability to produce and manage project deliverables: business requirements, process flows, project plans, test scripts, status reporting, and executive-ready PowerPoint updates
* Hands-on experience supporting UAT/test cycles, including test planning, defect/issue tracking, and coordination of fixes and retesting
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; able to drive alignment and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment
* Self-starter mindset with a track record of owning deliverables and -hitting the ground running-
Preferred/Nice-to-have:
* ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar)
* System testing experience beyond UAT (test strategy, regression, integration testing support)
* Supplier onboarding experience
* Trade/compliance exposure within supply chain operations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
