Job Title: UiPath Project Manager
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 3+ Months Contract – Strong possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.
Years of Experience Required:
• Minimum: 5+ years & Maximum: 15-17 years of Overall Experience.
• Minimum 2+ years leading UiPath or equivalent RPA implementations in production environments

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A hands-on UiPath Project Manager with 5–10+ years of project delivery experience, strong healthcare domain expertise, experience with Epic/Cerner environments, RCM automation knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise automation programs while managing executive stakeholders and regulatory compliance requirements.
WHAT THE HIRING MANAGER IS LOOKING FOR
• Strong UiPath Project Management experience with successful delivery of enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Proven healthcare industry background with exposure to hospitals, health systems, or healthcare IT environments.
• Experience working with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech workflows and healthcare operational processes.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation including prior authorization, claims processing, eligibility verification, and charge capture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
