Duration                              : 12+ Months 

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 7+

Rate                                       : $45 - $50/hr on W2                                     

Job Description:

·         Lead design and development of complex, scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions

·         Architect high performance applications using Java/J2EE, Spring frameworks, microservices, and distributed system design patterns

·         Own full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support

·         Optimize performance using multithreading and efficient handling of large, computation heavy datasets

·         Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL (queries, procedures, packages, views, triggers)

·         Build and deploy resilient microservices using Kubernetes and Docker across legacy and cloud native environments

·         Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, infra, and cross functional teams to meet business and technical goals

·         Apply DevOps best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, build automation, TDD (Jenkins, Git, Maven, CloudBees)

·         Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior engineers

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and operational excellence

·         Contribute to architecture discussions and long term technology strategy

·         Demonstrate strong communication, ownership, and adaptability in fast paced environments

·         9+ years of development experience with Java/J2EE, OCP containers, Spring, JDBC/ORMs, JUnit, Mockito, PowerMockito

·         Deep experience with multithreading and optimizing heavy computational workloads

·         Strong PL/SQL expertise with advanced database optimization skills

·         Microservices experience across SOA/MVC architectures in on prem and cloud (AWS preferred)

·         Expert knowledge of Core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, JMS, Tomcat

·         Hands on Kubernetes and Docker experience designing scalable, resilient services

·         Preferred: UI/UX experience with Angular or similar frameworks

·         Proficiency with Eclipse, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Maven, AutoSys, and Agile methodologies

·         Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and modern engineering techniques
