Job description:

Mandatory Skill:

• ServiceNow ACC Development & Configuration (ACC policies, checks, scripts)
• ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules)
• Integration Development (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server communication, data ingestion)

Key Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of SeviceNow development experience with specific, demonstrable expertise in ACC-V MID-less agent deployments configuring agents to communicate directly with the ServiceNow cloud instance over HTTPS 443 without MID Server dependency
• Proficiency in packaging and silently deploying ACC-V agents across Windows-based POS systems, thin clients, and locked-down endpoints using enterprise tools (SCCM, Intune, PDQ, or custom scripts), including handling OS hardening restrictions, limited user privilege contexts, and antivirEDR listing requirements
• Deep hands-on experience troubleshooting MID-less connectivity failures including proxy authentication issues, SSL certificate validation errors, firewall egress blocks, DNS resolution failures, and agent registration rejections at the ServiceNow instance level across segmented POS networks
• Proficient in CMDB data quality management building IRE identification rules, reconciliation logic, and CI relationship maps driven entirely by ACC-V agent data, with experience remediating stale CIs, ghost records, and normalization mismatches in large-scale deployments

Education

• Bachelor s or Master s of engineering, or related fields.
