Job Title: Scrum Master for DOD (Dept of Defense) / Department of War (DOW) software engineering projects
Must be eligible to obtain DOD Clearance
Duration: up to 12 months Contract with possible extensions
Location: Remote Work
Work Schedule: 4/10 – 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday; 10 hours per day
Pay Rate: $90/hr - $95/hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Job Description:
· This role will be as a Scrum Master for DOD (Dept of Defense) software engineering project consisting of multiple concurrent development streams.
· They will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion among development streams.
· They will also assist in tracking, following up on, and closing out any questions or blockers faced by the team.
Skills Required:
· 6+ years experience as Scrum Master covering integrated concurrent development streams
· 6+ years managing JIRA for development teams, including metrics and dashboards for Agile Hive
· 3+ years experience with Agile methodologies, including leading PI planning, standups, and sprint ceremonies
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Well organized, able to track and follow through on action items/decisions.
· Ability to coordinate between technical, functional, and PMO stakeholders
