Hiring: AI/ML Engineer / AI Applied Scientist
We are looking for an AI Applied Scientist to design, build, and scale AI solutions for claims processing, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support under our Claims AI 10.0 initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate ML and Generative AI solutions across COSMOS, E&I UNET, USP, and Disputes
- Support claims classification, intelligent routing, and semantic understanding
- Build prototypes and production-ready AI methods
- Conduct model and prompt evaluation, accuracy analysis, and validation
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on feature design, retrieval strategies, and inference patterns
- Contribute to responsible AI, explainability, and human-in-the-loop practices
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML workflows
- Experience with LLM applications, prompt design, and evaluation methods
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with engineering and business teams across multiple Lines of Business
- Understanding of responsible AI and explainability best practices
