Description SAIC is seeking incumbent and external talent to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Enterprise Optimization of EPS Systems (E-OPES) contract.
These positions will provide services to consolidate multiple ATF systems into a single fully-integrated web application. This will include business process reengineering to streamline workflows, user interface / user experience (UI/UX) design to consolidate and streamline the user experience, cloud and application architecture design, database consolidation, rebuilding the applications in a low-code platform, Java development expertise to build APIs and functional extensions, robotic process automation (RPA) development, and artificial intelligence (AI) expertise.
These positions are contingent upon contract award anticipated for February 2026 with a March 2026 start date. All positions must be performed in the United States and will be remote, with occasional travel to customer sites. Positions will be available in the following skill areas:

Qualifications Education and Experience: - Minimum education and experience requirements will vary based on role and level
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an ATF Public Trust
- Must be able to pass and SAIC background investigation
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area
- Certifications: Such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certifications, and AWS technical certifications.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
