Position: ServiceNow SecOps Architect
Location: Location constraint relaxed (Local to Infosys Office )
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Summary
We are currently looking for experienced SecOps Architects to join our team in North America. While Chicago is no longer a mandatory location, candidates can be considered from other locations across North America, provided they are willing to travel to the nearest Infosys office location as required.
Key Requirements
• Strong experience in Security Operations (SecOps), Cybersecurity, and Security Architecture.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security operations solutions and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, SOC operations, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with security architecture, controls, policies, and industry best practices.
• Ability to assess current security environments and develop target-state SecOps architectures and roadmaps.
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and modern security operations across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or GIAC.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise security transformation programs.
• Experience in developing security reference architectures and operating models.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Experience with automation, orchestration, and AI/ML-enabled security operations.
