Oracle Cloud GRC Lead

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud GRC Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC, with a focus on designing, implementing, and governing Oracle Fusion GRC solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk management, and access control frameworks across Oracle Cloud applications to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and secure business operations.

Responsibilities:

Deep expertise in SoD design and conflict analysis, Risk & control frameworks (SOX compliance)
Lead implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules- Advanced Access Controls (AAC),Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC),Transaction Controls Governor (TCG),Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
Define and Configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, User access policies and roles, Risk models and control frameworks
Establish and manage enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, Design and maintain Risk libraries, Control matrices (RCSA), Mitigation strategies
Conduct workshops (KDDs, CRPs) with business and audit teams
Translate compliance requirements into functional/technical configurations
Act as liaison between business, IT, audit teams

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC
Experience in designing, implementing, and governing Oracle Fusion GRC solutions
Expertise in SoD design and conflict analysis, Risk & control frameworks (SOX compliance)
Experience in leading the implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules

Preferred Skills:

Experience in access governance and audit processes
Experience in defining and configuring Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, User access policies and roles, Risk models, and control frameworks
Experience in conducting workshops with business and audit teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
