We are seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist - Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will develop LLM-driven applications such as agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and implement evaluation, observability, and safety practices to ensure reliable performance in production environments.
You will collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions. As a senior contributor, you will help define best practices for building and evaluating LLM-based systems, experiment with prompting and retrieval strategies, and support the scalable integration of AI capabilities into real-world applications.
Location This position is fully onsite in Ft Lauderdale, FL
Required Skills & Experience: - Developing applications with large language models (LLMs), including prompt design and RAG techniques
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, safety, and hallucination mitigation practices
- Designing multi-step AI workflows and integrating external tools or data sources
- Familiarity with agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
Desired Skills & Experience: - multi-agent or autonomous LLM systems

- building real-time or streaming AI applications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
