BA/PM-GTM Application || Location – Fremont, CA ( Day 1 Onsite)|| Employment type - contract
Job Description:
Years of Experience: 10-15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between GTM business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and technology/vendor teams.
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and execution.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and user adoption.
- Analyze data to identify trends, operational issues, and business improvement opportunities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
- Strong GTM/Sales Operations domain knowledge.
- Experience with CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.
- Experience with Sales Incentive/Compensation tools: SAP ICM/SPM, Xactly, or similar.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Understanding of AI and automation solutions within GTM processes.
Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong communication, documentation, and process mapping skills.
- Self-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
