- Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, aligned with business needs and technical strategy.

Certinia accounting module, inventory, and PSA. - Lead the definition of the system landscape, detailing how Salesforce integrates with internal and external systems while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Define robust integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), platform events, and change data capture, following Salesforce integration best practices.
- Create and maintain secure, scalable data models using Salesforce data modeling principles such as object relationships, custom metadata, external objects, and field-level security.
- Establish governance around security architecture, including SSO, OAuth flows, API security, sharing and visibility models, and platform encryption.
- Provide hands-on development expertise by writing efficient and scalable Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Review and enforce coding standards, conduct performance tuning, manage technical debt, and ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Guide and mentor development teams, perform technical reviews, and act as a subject matter expert across Salesforce implementations.
- Maintain the right balance between low-code and pro-code solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and roadmap, continuously improving architectural standards and leveraging platform innovations such as Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and CRM Analytics.
- Deep understanding of Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future), and test-driven development.
- Ability to design dynamic, high-performance user interfaces using modern Salesforce front-end frameworks.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing custom objects, relationships, schema design, indexing, and large data volume (LDV) strategies.
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- In-depth knowledge of security architecture including OAuth flows, SSO, role hierarchy, sharing rules, field-level security, and Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Unlocked Packages, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Experience building advanced analytics, KPIs, and AI-driven insights within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to architect customer and partner portals and mobile-responsive solutions using Experience Cloud and the Salesforce Mobile App.
- Understanding of how to architect solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
