ServiceNow ITAM Architect
Introduction:
The ServiceNow ITAM Architect will be responsible for working closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of ITOM / ITAM Modules of ServiceNow. This role requires expertise in HAM and SAM, as well as experience with Cloud Discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of ITOM suite (CMDB / Cloud Discovery) within ServiceNow.
- Experience of ITAM suite (HAM / SAM) within ServiceNow.
- Understanding and hands-on expertise of CMDB data model with the ability to extend it for specific requirements.
- Technical and functional design understanding for ServiceNow and workflow engines.
- Integration of tools with ServiceNow using Mid server, webservices, email, and other relevant technology.
- Design and implementation of ITOM / ITAM and CMDB best practices in alignment with industry standards and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes/best practices for ITOM/CMDB/CSDM.
- Designing/developing ServiceNow Tables/Fields/Forms/Access Controls/Business Rules/ACLs/Client Scripts/UI Policies/UI Macros/UI Scripts/Catalog Forms, etc.
Requirements:
- Certification in CIS-ITSM or CIS-Discovery or CIS HAM Pro.
- Collaboration with IT teams to identify CMDB requirements and implement necessary changes.
