Summary
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Test Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience designing and building automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Experience with Appium (or equivalent) for mobile automation across iOS and Android, including real-device testing and debugging.
- Experience testing applications across Web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation framework architecture and test design.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, REST-based tools, or similar technologies.
- Strong SQL skills for backend data validation (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases).
- Experience integrating automated testing into Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience with Java automation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing tools.
- Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers or leading quality initiatives.
