Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including a mature ART focused on delivery optimization and a new Servicing ART requiring setup, governance, and scaling. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAFe Agile delivery, PI Planning, stakeholder management, and driving large-scale cross-functional programs involving internal teams and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
· Facilitate PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies to ensure successful program execution.
· Align multiple Agile teams, business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
· Drive delivery governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
· Establish and scale new ARTs, operating models, and Agile best practices.
· Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Provide executive-level reporting and influence key program decisions.
· Coach teams on SAFe Agile principles and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
· Support large-scale transformation programs, preferably within the Life Insurance domain.
