Lead Full Stack Engineer - AI Application Platform
Introduction:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide the architectural development and execution of AppGen, a sophisticated AI-powered application generation platform. This role suits a proven technical leader with deep, hands-on expertise across the full software stack who finds enabling a team to build better software deeply satisfying.
Responsibilities:
- Shape architectural decisions across the full stack
- Perform deep, full stack code reviews
- Mentor senior and junior developers
- Architect and execute dynamic application generation platform
- Guide design trade offs and help reason through architectural decisions
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Angular experience
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience with NgRx state management
- 5+ years of Python experience
- Experience with FastAPI
- 3+ years of Terraform experience
- AWS services knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LLM integration
- NestJS or other Node.js frameworks
- Experience with Cypress for testing
- Azure AD/MSAL authentication knowledge
- AppSync and WebSocket communication patterns experience
- CI/CD pipeline design and GitHub Actions knowledge
- Experience mentoring developers through full-stack transitions
- Performance profiling and optimization skills
