Client Wireless is looking for a young, energetic, and highly motivated Federal Sales Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. What You Will Do
Liaison & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with Small Business offices across federal agencies to identify partnership and contracting opportunities.
- Engage with SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) program offices to track solicitations, deadlines, and funding opportunities relevant to Client’s technology portfolio.
- Monitor and support OTA (Other Transaction Authority) opportunities and consortium activities.
- Actively track and engage with GovWin IQ to identify, qualify, and manage federal opportunities.
- Monitor agency-specific RFPs and attend or coordinate attendance at Industry Day events across target agencies.
Pipeline Monitoring & Management
- Configure and maintain GovWin IQ with the correct opportunity categories and keyword filters to ensure relevant opportunities are captured and not missed.
- Consolidate and integrate opportunities from SBIR, OTA, TACFI, and RSIP programs into GovWin IQ where possible to create a single source of truth for the sales pipeline.
- Manage and track GovWin IQ license distribution across the sales team to ensure efficient utilization.
- Regularly audit GovWin settings and data quality to keep the pipeline accurate and current.
Market Intelligence & Lead Generation
- Identify and calendar Industry Days for the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and U.S. Coast Guard to ensure Client has visibility and representation at key events.
- Research and identify the SBA (Small Business Administration) offices most relevant to Client’s target markets and develop an outreach plan identifying ownership and accountability for each relationship.
- Enter, update, and manage all leads and opportunities into Monday.com CRM in a timely and accurate manner to support pipeline visibility and sales forecasting.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all CRM entries to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Reporting & Capture Support
- Prepare and deliver a weekly PowerPoint synopsis for the capture team summarizing new opportunities, pipeline status, and market intelligence to support informed Go / No-Go decisions.
- Highlight key deadlines, requirements, competitive landscape, and strategic fit for each opportunity presented to the capture team.
- Collaborate closely with the capture team, business development leads, and senior leadership to ensure the weekly briefing reflects the most current and accurate pipeline data.
- Track and document Go / No-Go decisions and maintain a record of capture team outcomes for future reference and lessons learned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Years of experience in sales coordination, federal government contracting, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes including SAM.gov, GovWin IQ, GSA, and GWACs strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles such as SEWP V, CIO-SP4, and GSA MAS a plus.
- Understanding of SBIR, OTA, TACFI, and RSIP programs a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms (Monday.com) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
