.NET Developer / .NET Lead (Hands-on)

We are seeking a high-performing Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead for a long-term contract engagement. This is a 100% hands-on coding role requiring deep expertise in cloud-native development and event-driven architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using .NET Core/6+.
Cloud Architecture: Implement and manage cloud-native solutions specifically on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS).
Event-Driven Systems: Design and optimize real-time data streaming and messaging pipelines using Kafka.
Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive architectural decisions while remaining active in the codebase.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-ready features in an Agile environment.
Mandatory Skills (Do Not Apply if missing these)
Advanced .NET: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Web API development.
AWS (Hands-on): Proven experience deploying and managing applications within the AWS ecosystem.
Kafka: Strong experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event-streaming.
Coding: You must be willing and able to code daily; this is not a "management-only" lead role.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Frontend: Experience with Angular (v12+) is a significant plus.
Database: Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker/Kubernetes.
