Consultant Technique SAP HCM & Paie jouera un rle central dans l'analyse de l'environnement SAP actuel et dans la transition des donnes, des configurations et de la logique fonctionnelle vers l'cosystme Workday. Il s'agit d'un rle technique ncessitant une forte capacit analytique, une pense structure et une aptitude collaborer avec des quipes internationales rparties sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires.
Responsabilits Cls- Analyser la configuration SAP HCM et SAP Paie ainsi que les structures de donnes existantes.
- Soutenir la transition des processus RH et paie de SAP vers Workday.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes techniques et fonctionnelles au Canada, en Europe et en Australie.
- Participer aux ateliers, aux sances de travail et aux activits de transfert de connaissances.
- Assurer l'exactitude et l'exhaustivit des correspondances de donnes et des traductions de configuration.
- Travailler troitement avec les quipes RH, Paie et TI pour valider les rgles et processus d'affaires.
- Supporter les tests du systme, le dpannage et la rsolution des anomalies durant la migration.
- Documenter les objets techniques, la logique du systme et les lments de configuration.
- Contribuer aux initiatives d'amlioration continue tout au long de la transition.

- Solide comprhension des modles de donnes SAP, des processus RH/Paie et de la configuration technique.
- Capacit d'interprter la logique du systme SAP existant et de la traduire en concepts Workday.
- Exprience de collaboration avec des quipes de projet rparties gographiquement.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication : coute, comprhension, vulgarisation et articulation claire.

TEKsystems, a leading Canadian IT consulting and staffing firm with deep expertise in SAP HCM delivery.
Role OverviewThe
SAP HCM & Payroll Technical Consultant will play a central role in understanding the organization's existing SAP environment and helping transition data, configuration concepts, and functional logic into the new Workday ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze the current SAP HCM and SAP Payroll configuration and data structures.
- Support the transition of HR and payroll processes from SAP to Workday.
- Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders in Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Participate in workshops, working sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data mappings and configuration translations.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to validate business rules and processes.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution during the migration.
- Document technical objects, system logic, and configuration elements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the transition.

- Strong understanding of SAP data models, HR/Payroll processes, and technical configuration.
- Ability to interpret existing SAP system logic and translate it into Workday concepts.
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed project teams.
- Excellent communication skills: able to listen, understand, explain, and articulate clearly.
