Summary

Title: HR Generalist
Location: Tempe, AZ (onsite)
Duration: 6+ month contract until 03/31/2027 (with possible extensions)
Compensation: $40 - $48/hour
Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, , or Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities:

Support many talent lifecycle and HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, performance management, promotion, employee relations, and succession and contingency planning
Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies
Support requisition approval processes
Support relocation, immigration, and mobility programs and processes
Represent HR function in New Hire orientation events
Support cyclical HR processes including annual talent, performance, and compensation reviews
Create, prepare and analyze reports

Functional Skills:

Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday, database management and record keeping and MS Office
Understanding of the hiring process
Understanding of and familiarity with HR best practices
Knowledge of employment/labor laws
