Program Manager - Remote / Telecommute

• Responsible for managing large and complex programs across hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platform initiatives.
• Leads program governance, planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery management while ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborates with internal teams, client stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management within a professional services organization.
• Experience managing complex programs involving hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Strong organizational, leadership, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to align program deliverables with business objectives and desired outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing multiple programs, projects, and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience using change management processes in dynamic project environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project planning tools.
• PMP certification required.

Experience:

• Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working with pre-sales, advisory services, and consulting engagements.
• Experience forecasting program revenue and maintaining program financials.
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards and status reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives, success criteria, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with senior customer leaders and internal stakeholders to establish program controls and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate multiple sub-projects and work streams, including dependencies and resource planning.
• Lead architects and resource teams to support program delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and program plans.
• Manage program scope, schedules, costs, changes, risks, and closeout activities.
• Monitor and track progress against timelines and deliverables.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges impacting program budgets and timelines.
• Measure and report program performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage and track issues, risks, and action items.
• Communicate progress internally and externally to stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct client status meetings to manage expectations and escalate issues when needed.
• Develop and distribute program status reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with global project management teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Foster strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.
• Create and present project dashboards and executive-level reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective program delivery.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans and escalation processes.
• Provide pre-sales support for large consulting and program opportunities.
• Support effort estimation, risk identification, and delivery planning during pre-sales activities.

Should Have:

• PgMP certification preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with cloud platform integrations preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise consulting programs preferred.
