Job SummaryAs a Personalization & Experimentation Intern, you will support the implementation and optimization of A/B testing and personalization initiatives using Adobe Target. Working closely with digital marketing, UX, analytics, and engineering teams, you will gain hands-on experience delivering personalized digital experiences that improve user engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing, building, and launching A/B tests, multivariate tests, and basic personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Support the integration of Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Help develop and modify front end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enable testing and personalization experiences.
- Monitor test execution and performance, and help identify issues related to implementation or data accuracy.
- Proactively collaborate with marketers, UX designers, analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Learn and apply experimentation and personalization best practices under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain clear and simple documentation for test setups, learnings, and outcomes.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Must be returning to school in the Fall.
- Must be available for a full-time internship program.
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Previous coursework or project experience in digital marketing or web development.
- A strong desire to learn and challenge the status quo curiously and positively.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
