Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to support the configuration and deployment of Agentforce capabilities. The role will focus on sandbox setup, testing, and refinement, followed by deployment support to production.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce Agentforce in sandbox environment
Set up FAQ Agent and manage two topics (one standard, one custom)
Configure user permissions and access controls
Enable and manage Data Cloud sync for Knowledge
Configure and validate out-of-the-box dashboards
Support iterative testing, refinements, and deployment from sandbox to production

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Admin or Consultant background
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Knowledge configuration
Strong experience with clicks-not-code implementations
Experience supporting sandbox to production deployments
