A bit about us:

We're a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Chicagoland, delivering a mix of ground-up and complex renovation/interior projects for repeat clients. We run organized jobs, value strong subcontractor partnerships, and promote people who can own outcomes-not just tasks.

Why join us?
  • Step-up role: This is built for a strong PE ready to run scopes and be the PM's right hand.
  • Ownership + mentorship: You'll lead key workflows while learning directly from senior PMs/Supers.
  • Visible growth path: Clear runway to Assistant PM based on performance, not tenure.
  • Competitive package: Bonus potential + sign-on bonus for the right hire (details shared in conversation).
