Security Analyst (Azure / SIEM / CJIS)
📍 Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Our team is seeking experienced cybersecurity professionals to support enterprise security initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in security engineering, threat detection, and compliance who enjoy working on complex, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities
Lead implementation of security solutions including system hardening, network security, encryption, and identity & access management (IAM)
Configure and manage SIEM, endpoint protection, and Azure security tools
Perform vulnerability assessments and develop remediation strategies
Support threat detection, incident response, and root cause analysis
Implement secure architectures within Microsoft and Azure environments
Ensure integration of security tools across enterprise systems
Develop and maintain incident response procedures
Collaborate with IT and development teams to embed security into systems and processes
Create and maintain security documentation and training materials
Support security audits and compliance efforts (including CJIS and other regulatory standards)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience
5+ years of server or network administration experience
3+ years of information security experience in enterprise environments
3+ years of SIEM experience
3+ years of vulnerability management experience
Experience implementing and supporting security tools and platforms
Knowledge of security best practices across infrastructure and applications
Experience supporting enterprise antivirus and endpoint security solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft security technologies (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory)
Experience with IDS/IPS systems
Experience with Office 365 DLP
Familiarity with CJIS and regulated security environments
Experience preparing status reports and executive briefings
Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and audit processes
