Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects of moderate complexity and risk.
Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, or PMI-ACP.
Experience with Agile management tools such as Microsoft Planner Premium and JIRA.
Experience in leading application migration projects within government or enterprise environments.
Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management for technology initiatives.
Experience in state government procurement processes and fiscal policy compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile teams through the full project lifecycle for complex information technology initiatives.
Manage large-scale application migration projects from initiation through deployment.
Utilize Microsoft Planner and JIRA to track project milestones and resource allocation.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful service delivery.
Navigate state government procurement and fiscal policies to execute project budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise-level technology implementations.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and align project deliverables with agency goals.
