Summary

Role : Data Engineer - Google Cloud Platform services

Location : Charlotte NC (onsite)

Data Engineering: Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, batch & streaming pipelines
Google Cloud Platform Expertise: BigQuery, Dataflow, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataproc
Programming: Python (primary), with Java/Scala for distributed processing
Data Integration: Ingestion patterns, APIs, CDC, and scalable pipeline design
DevOps & Security: CI/CD, Terraform, IAM, data governance & lifecycle management

Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using
Python and Google Cloud Platform services
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform services such as
Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions
Drive application architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
maintainability
Solid knowledge of disaster recovery, disaster management, and system resiliency
practices, including fault tolerance, high availability, and business continuity
planning
