Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Audio and Video Technicians to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead and coordinate video production activities from planning through execution, ensuring production requirements, schedules, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Operate and support video production activities, including live production, recording, and related technical workflows.
- Coordinate with producers, production teams, project stakeholders, and other contributors to manage production requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Support multiple production assignments while maintaining quality, timelines, documentation, and effective communication across project activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in video production, videography, live production, production coordination, or related media production activities.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Video production, videography, live production, video capture, production coordination, project management, production planning, technical production support, content delivery
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience supporting corporate live video production environments; entertainment live production experience alone does not meet the requirement.
- Experience producing live corporate meetings, presentations, events, communications, or similar business-focused programming.
- Experience serving in a Video Producer, Video Lead, or Videographer capacity with responsibility for production execution.
- Experience coordinating video production projects, schedules, resources, and stakeholders in a corporate environment.
