Summary

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking anAVP, AI Enablement & Process Engineering to join their Strategic Change Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about intelligent automation and AI-enabled process design to help shape how Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Risk teams work with cutting-edge AI tools.

In this role, you'll be the team's first-line expert in designing, testing, and embedding AI-assisted workflows - partnering closely with Finance Technology leadership and the Automation Centre of Excellence (COE) to turn early-stage automation concepts into robust, well-governed solutions.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead the design and documentation of AI-assisted workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other LLM-based platforms
  2. Develop, test, and iterate on prompts and agent logic to support process automation
  3. Drive end-to-end process mapping across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Risk with an automation-first mindset
  4. Translate complex processes into clear functional requirements and workflow specifications
  5. Partner with Technology and the COE to transition automation prototypes into production-ready solutions
  6. Serve as a key point of contact between Technology, COE, and cross-functional stakeholders
  7. Build training materials and documentation to support adoption of AI-assisted tools across the organization


What You'll Bring:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 4-8 years of experience with demonstrable exposure to automation or AI-enabled process improvement
  3. Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in a professional or project setting
  4. Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and user story development
  5. Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a critical eye for validating AI outputs
  6. Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  7. Strong client-facing presence and ability to build trusted partnerships across functions


Nice to Have:
  1. Experience in a finance automation or transformation environment
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and tools like Alteryx and UiPath
  3. Experience with agent design, prompt development, or AI governance/control frameworks in a regulated Finance context
