Professional Experience
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Delivery, or related disciplines.
- 5 years serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on enterprise technology initiatives.
- 3 years working with enterprise data platforms, data warehousing, or analytics solutions.
- Experience supporting large-scale data transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Experience providing project updates to PMO leadership, steering committees, and executive stakeholders.

Agile & Project Delivery Experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and delivery roadmaps.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing or supporting Master Data Management using Informatica MDM
- Experience in enterprise data modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data lakehouse architectures.
- Experience supporting data governance councils and data stewardship programs.
- Familiarity with data catalog and metadata management tools
