Security Analyst

One of TEKsystems largest financial services clients is looking to hire a Security Analyst to join their Cyber Exposure Reduction team. They will be supporting the Director to leverage tools like Qualys and Black Duck to analyze data provided by security tools and prepare presentations and reporting dashboards for executive visibility.
-Responsible for analyzing and reporting on the bank's cyber exposure risk, working closely with the cyber threat management and risk teams.
-Develop meaningful risk exposure scorecards and dashboards for the executive leadership team, going beyond just vulnerability reporting.
-Perform data mining and analysis on large volumes of vulnerability data from tools like Qualys, Aqua, and others to identify and communicate key insights.
-Leverage SQL skills to run queries and extract data from various security platforms and tools.
-Proficient in using data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful reports and presentations.
-Possess experience in data engineering, data science, or cybersecurity risk management, with experience in vulnerability management.
-Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity risk information to executive stakeholders.
-Ability to work in a startup-like environment, as this is a new department within the bank focused on cyber exposure reduction.
Must have:
1. Strong data analysis and data mining skills to analyze large volumes of vulnerabilities. Proficient in SQL, Python Scripting and Databricks for advanced data manipulation, automation, and platform migration
2. Understanding of vulnerability management, Qualys, and executive level reporting
3. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, as well as PowerPoint for creating dashboards and reporting

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $88.00/hr.
